- Contact prospective clients through outbound calls and maintain professional communication.
- Engage with inquiries and provide accurate information regarding company projects and services.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments between clients and the sales team.
- Conduct follow-ups with potential clients to ensure timely communication.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update CRM systems accordingly.
- Address client queries and escalate complex concerns to the relevant department when required.
- Work closely with the sales team to support client engagement and conversion activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Real estate telecalling experience is a plus.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
