– Telecaller
We are looking for an experienced and confident **Telecaller** to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in telecalling, lead generation, customer engagement, and appointment setting within the Dubai market.
This role involves reaching out to potential clients, understanding their requirements, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments for the sales team across various business sectors within the group.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact potential customers through outbound calls.
- Introduce company products and services professionally.
- Understand client requirements and identify business opportunities.
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions.
- Follow up with prospects and nurture relationships.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and appointment targets.
- Coordinate effectively with sales and management teams.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and professionalism.
Requirements
- Minimum **6 months of telecalling, telesales, or lead generation experience in the Dubai market**.
- Previous experience in real estate telecalling, property lead generation, or sales support is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages are an advantage).
- Experience in appointment setting, sales support, or customer acquisition.
- Confident and professional telephone manner.
- Ability to handle objections and engage prospects effectively.
- Target-driven with a positive and proactive attitude.
- Good organizational and follow-up skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and CRM/data entry experience.
- Ability to work across multiple business sectors and adapt to different products and services.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and professionalism.
