Overview
**STAR 5 REALTY REAL ESTATE L.L.C.** is a leading real estate brokerage in Dubai specializing in residential and investment properties across the UAE.
We are looking for a motivated and confident **Telecaller** to join our growing team and support our sales department by connecting with potential property buyers and investors.
Job Responsibilities
- Make 200–300 outbound calls daily to company-provided leads.
- Introduce real estate projects and investment opportunities to potential clients.
- Qualify leads and identify interested buyers and investors.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain client engagement.
- Update lead status and call records in the CRM system.
- Transfer qualified leads to senior property consultants.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, telesales, call center, customer service, or a similar role.
- Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Excellent telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and professional speaking ability.
- Strong persuasion and customer service skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and email).
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
- Real estate experience will be an added advantage.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
