We are looking for confident and driven **Telecallers / Tele Sales Executives** Real estate experience (Mandatory) to connect with potential clients, generate qualified leads, and support our sales team in closing real estate transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients
- Handle inbound inquiries and follow-ups
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
- Maintain and update client database (CRM)
- Build initial client interest and schedule meetings/site visits
- Follow up consistently to convert leads into opportunities
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent communication skills (English required, Arabic is a plus)
- Confident speaking and convincing ability
- Previous telecalling / telesales experience preferred
- Real estate experience (Mandatory)
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills
- Positive attitude and target-driven mindset
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
