Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telecaller / Telesales Executive to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, generating leads, explaining services, and closing sales over the phone.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients
- Explain company services and generate interest
- Follow up on leads and maintain regular communication
- Convert inquiries into confirmed appointments or sales
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details
- Achieve daily and monthly targets
- Handle customer queries in a professional manner
Requirements
- Proven experience in telesales, telecalling, or customer service
- Minimum 6 months of experience required
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Preferred languages: English/Malayalam
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM systems)
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure
