Join MNP's Technology – Solution Delivery team as a Technology Program Manager.
Lead data governance work that supports data quality, information management, protection, and AI readiness.
Responsibilities
- Lead the firm's data governance strategy, roadmap, priorities, and ongoing evolution.
- Drive initiatives across data quality, ownership, lifecycle management, information protection, and AI readiness.
- Advise leadership and governance committees; set success measures and manage outcomes, risks, dependencies, and issue resolution.
- Build partnerships across service lines, regions, resource groups, IT, and business stakeholders; influence sustainable governance adoption.
- Support solutions involving Microsoft 365, Purview, data classification, retention, reporting, and information management.
- Translate requirements and technical concepts for business audiences; lead communications, engagement, change management, training, and adoption.
- Maintain governance documentation, policies, records, and reporting for oversight, compliance, and improvement.
Skills and experience
- 5+ years leading governance, program management, business transformation, or strategic initiatives in a complex organization.
- Strong project and stakeholder management, prioritization, and delivery skills.
- Ability to influence leaders and build consensus across business and technical teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
- Experience developing governance frameworks, policies, processes, or operating models.
- Familiarity with data governance, information management, privacy, compliance, or information protection.
- Experience supporting change management, communications, training, and adoption.
- Microsoft 365, Microsoft Purview, or similar technology knowledge is an asset.
