Join MNP’s Innovation & Insights team to evaluate, prioritize, design, and execute new products and services.
Help transform how MNP serves clients by developing solutions that improve business operations and client outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Translate business problems into requirements, user stories, process maps, and business cases.
- Identify innovation opportunities with business leaders and service line teams.
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions to understand challenges and pain points.
- Document current-state processes and design future-state optimization, automation, or redesign solutions.
- Coordinate proofs of concept, prototypes, and experimentation with business and technology teams.
- Prioritize initiatives based on business value, feasibility, risk, and strategic alignment.
- Manage innovation idea intake, evaluation, and prioritization with business and innovation leaders.
- Track and report pipeline metrics, including ROI indicators and adoption.
- Support change readiness and adoption planning with the Change Management team.
Skills and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent education and work experience.
- 3–5 years of progressive experience in innovation, Data & AI, strategy, digital transformation, or operational excellence.
- Commitment to continued professional development in emerging technologies, including AI, automation, or digital transformation.
- Experience prototyping, piloting, and scaling new solutions.
- Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed environment and build relationships that support change adoption.
- Professional services experience and client-facing delivery exposure are preferred.
