Join MNP's Innovation & Insights team to evaluate, prioritize, design, and execute new products and services.
Work with leaders across MNP to develop solutions that enhance client service and business operations.
Responsibilities
- Translate business problems into requirements, user stories, process maps, and business cases.
- Identify innovation opportunities with business leaders and service-line teams.
- Support workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions to understand business challenges.
- Document current processes and design future-state solutions for optimization, automation, or redesign.
- Coordinate proofs of concept, prototypes, and experimentation with business and technology teams.
- Prioritize initiatives using business value, feasibility, risk, and strategic alignment.
- Manage the innovation pipeline, including idea intake, evaluation, and prioritization.
- Track pipeline metrics, including ROI indicators and adoption.
- Support change readiness and adoption planning with Change Management.
Skills and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent education and work experience.
- 3–5 years of progressive experience in innovation, Data & AI, strategy, digital transformation, or operational excellence-related roles.
- Professional-services experience with client-facing delivery exposure is preferred.
- Ongoing professional development in emerging technologies such as AI, automation, or digital transformation.
- Experience prototyping, piloting, and scaling solutions.
- Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed environment and build relationships that support change adoption.
