Supports implementation of Technology Audit plans and processes, assists with audit work across assigned areas, and contributes to audit performance under senior team members’ guidance.
Work is carried out in accordance with business policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Execute audit plans and projects in assigned areas in line with the approved annual plan, methodologies, and internal audit standards.
- Gather stakeholder data and support operational and risk assessments, audit planning, and engagement scoping.
- Participate in guided audit fieldwork and prepare working papers and documentation that meet quality standards.
- Analyze and test internal controls, processes, and systems to identify weaknesses and suggest improvements.
- Prepare draft audit reports summarizing findings, risks, and recommendations for management review.
- Monitor corrective actions, review evidence, and report delays or noncompliance.
- Help enhance audit tools, templates, and methodologies; support audits of technology, network, and AI-based systems.
- Help deliver awareness sessions on audit processes, control measures, and lessons learned.
- Coordinate with external auditors and other assurance providers on shared audit areas.
Experience and education
- 0–2 years of experience in internal audit; telecommunications industry experience is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.
