Support stc's representation in regulatory matters before judicial bodies, committees, and government authorities, helping protect the company's rights and comply with regulatory measures.
Responsibilities
- Provide judicial support on regulatory matters and serve as a point of contact for regulatory litigation issues.
- Support company representation in regulatory cases and assist with preparing and submitting claims and lawsuits across different regions.
- Provide litigation perspectives in discussions about strategic decisions and coordinate follow-up on execution of final judgments.
- Assist in developing procedures for judicial interactions on regulatory matters.
- Support outside counsel selection, evaluate regulatory lawsuits, recommend solutions, and help safeguard the company's legal rights.
Experience and education
- 0–2 years of experience; prior litigation management experience in a large organization.
- A bachelor's degree in Law or Business Administration.
- Law firm experience with exposure to telecom-related legal cases and litigation is preferred.
