Support HR analytics by collecting, organizing, and analyzing data from multiple sources.
Develop and maintain AI and BI solutions to support HR decision-making and business needs.
Carry out duties in accordance with applicable business policies and procedures.
Analytics and workforce insights
- Develop predictive models, HR analytical models, and forecasting techniques to support HR business needs and decisions.
- Identify drivers of high performance and employee attrition using predictive models and data analysis.
- Analyze talent characteristics and benchmark internal and external talent to support attraction and retention.
- Prepare dashboards covering attrition, absence, performance ratings, nationalization, diversity recruitment, workforce cost, and headcount; share insights with HR Business Partners.
Data and AI/BI solutions
- Maintain reliable HR data by supporting accuracy, consistency, accessibility, and a single source of truth.
- Integrate new technologies and initiatives into HR data standards and structures; follow CAD data quality processes.
- Develop and support predictive models and machine-learning algorithms for HR business requirements.
- Support AI solution functional and process designs, prototypes, testing, training materials, and support procedures.
- Develop and maintain Business Intelligence solutions for HR analytics requirements.
Experience and education
- 0–2 years of experience, with prior experience in digital enablement, analytics, and data governance.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or another relevant major.
