Data Enablement & Platforms Analyst

Job purpose
Support cost-allocation systems so they remain operational and fit for the cost-allocation process.
Coordinate with IT teams on system hardware and storage, and with costing design teams on system requirements and allocation-model changes.

Systems and change management
- Support operation of cost-allocation systems and define system requirements and change requests with the costing design team.
- Coordinate implementation and quality testing of allocation-logic changes and updates with corporate IT.
- Maintain historical logs and documentation of system change requests for audit and traceability.
- Coordinate loading updated system inputs with the data acquisition team.
- Conduct regular cost-allocation cycles according to publication timelines.
Data, reporting, and security
- Ensure costing output data is available for reporting and analysis across staging databases, publication databases, and flat-file cubes.
- Coordinate with corporate IT teams to help secure data and follow established internal security practices.
- Support development and implementation of IT tools for data processing, analysis, and reporting.
- Support work with large and complex datasets.
IT coordination and advice
- Provide IT expertise on selecting and introducing platforms, methodologies, and processes.
- Act as the corporate IT point of contact, including monitoring critical Profitability Management projects.
Experience and education
- The posting states 0–2 years of experience.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Finance is specified.
- Prior experience in Data Enablement & Platforms, particularly in telecommunications, is strongly preferred.
