Develop and maintain authorities management plans and processes in coordination with sector authorities teams, ensuring adherence to agreed plans and SLAs.
Carry out duties in accordance with business policies and procedures.
Authorities management
- Develop and maintain authorities methodology, standards, and enactment approach.
- Develop the annual authorities management plan with sector authorities teams and monitor adherence to plans and SLAs.
- Manage end-to-end development of organizational authorities with relevant stakeholders.
Governance and enactment
- Coordinate with subsidiary governance teams to identify group decision rights and support group alignment.
- Identify digital and awareness enactment needs and coordinate support with sector authorities teams and Documentation Governance.
- Maintain and publish operational authorities through the Governance Portal.
Reporting and awareness
- Develop and maintain an Operational Authorities Dashboard and provide periodic reports to management.
- Lead authorities awareness initiatives and follow up with sector teams on enactment and awareness activities.
- Perform other related responsibilities as directed by the line manager.
Experience and education
- 0–2 years of experience.
- Prior authorities management experience in the telecommunications industry.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or law.
Knowledge and skills
- Knowledge of telecommunications regulations, the KSA regulatory environment, governance, policies, and authorities management practices and guidelines.
- Strategic thinking, planning, organization, communication, relationship-building, practical innovation, and critical thinking.
- Problem solving, conflict resolution, and analytical, quantitative, and conceptual skills.
