Supports Carrier & Wholesale Unit compliance activities and coordinates between the unit and Corporate Regulatory & Compliance functions.
Assesses, monitors, tracks, and reports compliance requirements and findings, coordinating timely closure of identified gaps.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate internal and external compliance requirements with corporate compliance functions and unit stakeholders.
- Report compliance activities, findings, and non-compliance issues; contribute information to the annual compliance plan and assessments.
- Identify compliance gaps and coordinate corrective actions and mitigation plans with relevant owners.
- Track findings and follow up for timely closure; prepare status reports and escalate overdue or significant matters.
- Review new and upcoming regulations for unit applicability and coordinate requirements with concerned functions.
- Join stakeholder meetings and assessments; maintain records and support compliance awareness and communication.
Experience and education
- Requires 0–2 years of relevant experience.
- Prior experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, governance, risk management, internal controls, or related functions; telecommunications experience is preferred.
- Requires a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Law.
Skills
- Knowledge of compliance principles, frameworks, practices, telecommunications regulations, and applicable laws and policies.
- Knowledge of compliance assessment, monitoring, and reporting; ability to track gaps, corrective actions, and mitigation plans.
- Strong analytical, information-gathering, reporting, documentation, stakeholder coordination, communication, attention-to-detail, and organizational skills.
