Technical Product Delivery Manager – PROS

Role overview

Accountabilities

• Own product roadmaps, backlogs, release planning, and lifecycle management for Revenue Management and Group Sales solutions.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications, integration designs, and acceptance criteria; deliver enhancements, upgrades, and new capabilities.
• Manage data flows across PROS, Amadeus Altéa Inventory, RAAV, schedules, fares, bookings, inventory, and revenue-related systems.
• Monitor interfaces, data quality, and SLAs; drive issue resolution, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate delivery, dependencies, capacity, and releases across technology, data, platform, and integration teams.
• Liaise between business stakeholders, DTI teams, vendors, and external providers; align Offer delivery with platform roadmaps and standards.
• Manage incidents, problems, changes, and environments to maintain system stability.
• Maintain technical documentation, interface specifications, data dictionaries, and operational runbooks.
• Hold vendors accountable for SLAs, change requests, and defect resolution; support commercial and contract discussions with technical input.

Education and experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Operations Research, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in airline technology, commercial systems, or revenue management environments.
• At least 4 years of hands-on PROS Revenue Management experience in implementation, integration, or production support.
• Strong airline commercial systems integration experience; Amadeus Altéa and the Revenue Availability ecosystem are identified as ideal.
• Understanding of schedules, ATPCO fares, bookings/PNRs, inventory management, competitor data, and revenue accounting.
• Experience managing complex multi-vendor technology delivery and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Technical knowledge of APIs, integrations, SaaS, cloud environments, SQL, and data reconciliation.
