The PMO Manager G360 supports the insight function by ensuring journey initiatives have financial cases, experiments have measurable revenue hypotheses, and outcomes link to documented commercial results.
The role supports the PMO Lead and reinforces revenue-focused commercial discipline across the function.
Accountabilities
- Build financial cases for journey initiatives, including revenue uplift, churn reduction, ancillary opportunity, and acquisition cost reduction.
- Support programme management and administrative tasks, including C-suite presentations using data gathered across departments.
- Own the commercial baseline for revenue per passenger, ancillary attach rates, loyalty lifetime value distribution, and direct channel share; update quarterly and track against targets.
- Co-author specific, falsifiable revenue hypotheses for use cases and experiments; maintain the use case performance log.
- Model revenue impacts of personalisation scenarios.
- Produce and maintain the monthly CRCO commercial scorecard, including revenue per passenger, ancillary attach rate, loyalty tier migration, churn by segment, and personalisation coverage.
- Analyze returns by segment, route, and touchpoint and recommend reallocating customer experience investment toward high-lifetime-value moments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- 5–8 years in airline revenue management, loyalty commercial analytics, customer economics, or commercial strategy.
- Experience building financial models that influenced major business decisions; strong P&L thinking.
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling; proficient SQL.
- Tableau or Power BI; understanding of A/B test design and statistical significance.
- Strong project and governance management experience working cross-functionally.
- Airline revenue metrics such as load factor, yield, and RASK are an advantage.
