Lead technical delivery across all clusters of a major international event in Riyadh.
Own technical planning, supplier coordination, and readiness across multiple venues from rehearsals through live operations.
Responsibilities
- Plan and manage technical requirements across event clusters.
- Coordinate sound, lighting, video, and power suppliers.
- Oversee technical rehearsals, testing, and readiness checks.
- Lead Technical Supervisors and technical teams across venues.
- Ensure installation safety and compliance and resolve faults rapidly during live operations.
Requirements
- Senior technical management experience and strong knowledge of event production systems, including sound, lighting, video, and power.
- Proven ability to lead multiple technical teams and suppliers at once.
- Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Available throughout October to the end of December 2026.
- Multi-venue experience is preferred.
