The role is part of a dedicated full-time delivery team and runs from October to December 2026.
This is a senior, hands-on role owning the activation programme from planning through dismantle.
Activation planning
- Develop activation plans, including layouts, content, and operating schedules.
- Align activation concepts with sponsor, rights-holder, and event requirements.
Coordination and delivery
- Coordinate builders, suppliers, sponsors, and rights holders through build and live operation.
- Act as the main contact for activation-related queries across the project team.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and quality, and oversee installation, daily operations, and dismantle.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Activations Manager or in a similar role.
- Experience delivering fan zones or activations at major sports events.
- International sports-event delivery experience; multi-sport or major single-sport events count.
- Strong supplier, budget, and stakeholder management skills.
- Availability for the full engagement period.
Workplace and delivery environment
- The role is visible on site throughout delivery in a fast-paced, multi-venue environment.
