Manage the furniture, fixtures, and equipment supply chain for a major international event in Riyadh.
Own FF&E from sourcing and warehousing through venue distribution, daily replenishment, and final returns across multiple sites.
Key responsibilities
- Plan FF&E requirements, orders, deliveries, and warehousing.
- Control inventory, tracking, and distribution to venues.
- Coordinate installation, daily replenishment, and breakdown.
- Manage suppliers, returns, and damage or loss reporting.
- Maintain accurate records and report stock status across all sites.
Requirements
- Experience in FF&E or overlay logistics on major international events.
- Solid inventory control and supplier management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple sites and deadlines at once.
- Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Being based in KSA is preferred.
- Available for the full October–December 2026 period.
