Supports management of major infrastructure programmes and capital portfolios.
Combines project management operations, PMO governance, strategic planning, performance monitoring, and portfolio reporting.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate project management operations within a PMO environment.
- Develop, review, and improve project management policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.
- Support strategic planning and management of capital project portfolios.
- Monitor project and portfolio performance against strategic objectives, schedules, and delivery targets.
- Prepare and analyse project performance reports, KPIs, and management dashboards.
- Oversee implementation of project management systems and Enterprise Project Management (EPM) tools.
- Coordinate project data, reporting processes, and performance monitoring across infrastructure programmes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- At least 15 years of experience in project management operations, PMO, strategic planning, or capital portfolio management.
- Demonstrated experience in PMO operations and project management governance.
- Experience developing and reviewing project management policies, procedures, and processes.
- Experience in strategic planning and capital portfolio management.
- Experience preparing and analysing project performance reports, KPIs, and management dashboards.
- Experience using Enterprise Project Management (EPM) software.
