Role overview

Provide technical leadership for Blue Yonder WMS architecture, configuration, customization, integrations, and implementation.

Complement the Solution Architect’s functional expertise with code-level platform knowledge.

Advise clients and delivery teams on configuration, supported extensions, custom development, and potential product enhancements.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Blue Yonder WMS implementations, enhancements, integrations, and optimization; develop, review, and troubleshoot MOCA solutions and customizations.
  • Define and govern architecture across Blue Yonder WMS and connected enterprise systems; advise on configuration versus customization and associated trade-offs.
  • Assess requirements for standard functionality, supported extensions, custom development, or product enhancement; identify potential support, licensing, product, or vendor needs.
  • Partner with the Solution Architect on supportable technical solutions and guide integrations, interfaces, data flows, environments, deployments, releases, and troubleshooting.
  • Review partner designs and code against platform best practices and enterprise standards; mentor client and CGI teams on capabilities, limitations, customization, and platform management.

Required qualifications

  • Significant hands-on experience with Blue Yonder WMS technical implementations and platform architecture.
  • Strong MOCA development, troubleshooting, and customization proficiency; deep understanding of the WMS technical architecture and SaaS considerations.
  • Experience designing and supporting integrations between Blue Yonder WMS and adjacent enterprise systems.
  • Ability to assess implementation approaches and evaluate designs, customizations, code quality, performance, maintainability, and upgrade impacts.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations, supply chain processes, and WMS implementation lifecycles.
  • Able to explain complex technical concepts to business stakeholders, technical teams, implementation partners, and vendor representatives.
  • Experience working with Blue Yonder support teams or implementation partners on technical issues and enhancement requests.
  • Strong consulting, problem-solving, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Compensation

  • The stated estimated pay range is $90,000 to $145,000; no pay cadence is specified.
