Work arrangement

Deliver quality software across the lifecycle, from analysis and design through development, implementation, and application support, aligned with IT strategy and enterprise standards.
Duties
- Coordinate delivery with project managers, developers, business analysts, solution architects, engineering and architecture teams, testing teams, vendors, and business and delivery partners.
- Coach and guide team members and support their professional development.
- Improve application and process reliability, extensibility, and service level performance.
- Assess feasibility of integrating third-party products with existing applications and systems.
- Lead or contribute to software development process improvements and strengthen SDLC practices.
- Support technical planning and execution, team coordination, and stakeholder communication.
Required qualifications
- Experience leading software development initiatives and large initiatives affecting multiple channels, platforms, and vendors.
- Ability to coach and guide team members, with experience as a team or project lead.
- Experience improving application reliability, extensibility, and SLA performance.
- Experience with third-party technology integration and feasibility assessments.
- Experience contributing to SDLC process improvements.
- Strong technical planning, execution, problem-solving, collaboration, coordination, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
Compensation
- The posting gives an estimated pay range of $100,000–$150,000 but does not specify the pay cadence.
