Role overview

Leads end-to-end delivery of complex integrated technology solutions across teams, systems, and business functions.

Coordinates technical components, cross-team dependencies, and operational requirements to deliver production-ready solutions.

Provides solution-level delivery leadership without directly managing individual delivery teams.

Delivery leadership

  • Own delivery from requirements and design through development, integration, testing, deployment, and production readiness.
  • Identify, manage, and resolve technical, functional, and cross-team dependencies.
  • Coordinate sequencing, milestones, critical paths, and integration activities across teams and systems.
  • Oversee technical integration to ensure components operate together as a complete business-ready solution.
  • Manage risks, integration blockers, and escalations; coordinate release planning, go-live, and post-production stabilization.
  • Align architects, product owners, development, infrastructure, QA, operations, and business stakeholders.
  • Report delivery status, risks, and assessments to executive-level stakeholders.

Experience and qualifications

  • 10+ years in IT solution delivery, systems integration, solution architecture, or technical program delivery.
  • 5+ years leading complex cross-functional technology initiatives involving multiple technical and business teams.
  • Experience delivering large-scale enterprise solutions involving interconnected applications, platforms, and systems.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and scaled Agile delivery environments.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, integration, infrastructure, software development, and cloud technologies.
  • Experience identifying integration risks, critical-path dependencies, and delivery blockers.
  • Proven end-to-end solution delivery ownership from requirements through production deployment.

Leadership and tools

  • Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams without direct reporting authority.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, and Microsoft Project.

Assets

  • Experience in telecommunications, media, broadcasting, or other complex enterprise environments is an asset.
  • SAFe, PMP, or AWS certifications are assets.

Work location

  • Hybrid model requiring 2–3 days per week at the client office in Toronto or Montreal.

Compensation

  • Estimated pay range is $95,000–$145,000; pay cadence is not specified.
