- Determine project manufacturing timelines in coordination with the Technical/Design Head and Production Management team
- Guide manufacturing and operations departments regarding fabrication and assembly methods
- Update priorities for executing technical and engineering files according to the production plan
- Coordinate with Procurement Department to expedite purchase of raw materials and supplies
- Read and analyze 3D and AutoCAD designs to propose practical production solutions
- Prepare and present Bill of Materials (BOM) detailing ideal materials and components
- Develop feasible engineering drawings applying Value Engineering principles
- Maintain organized records of all engineering data, drawings, and material specifications
- Ensure all designs and executions comply with health and safety standards
- Oversee project execution start up to ensure compliance with dimensions, specifications, and quality standards
- Provide detailed operational explanations to manufacturing teams
- Support development of manufacturing and operations departments by introducing advanced tools and methods
Requirements

- Ability to prepare and issue detailed and accurate technical and engineering files

Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in applied arts – Industrial Design Department.
- Technical Proficiency: High accuracy and speed in using design and engineering software tools including AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CorelDraw, Excel, etc.
- Technical Skills: Ability to prepare and issue detailed and accurate technical and engineering files.
- Experience: 2 5 years of experience in the advertising and signage industry or a related field.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Determine project manufacturing timelines in coordination with the Technical/Design Head and the Production Management team.
- Guide manufacturing and operations departments regarding fabrication and assembly methods in coordination with the Production Department.
- Update priorities for executing technical and engineering files according to the production plan and project importance, in coordination with the Technical/Design Head.
- Coordinate with the Procurement Department to expedite the purchase of raw materials, accessories, and other required manufacturing supplies.
Main Duties
- Accurately read and analyze 3D and AutoCAD designs to propose practical and technical production solutions that meet project objectives.
- Prepare and present Bill of Materials (BOM) detailing the ideal materials and components for manufacturing advertising items such as display stands, podiums, booths, exhibitions, and event structures.
- Develop feasible engineering drawings applying Value Engineering principles to deliver multiple projects using the most cost efficient and practical methods.
- Maintain organized records and archives of all engineering data, drawings, material specifications, and quantity lists.
- Ensure all designs and executions comply with health and safety standards.
- Oversee and monitor project execution start up to ensure compliance with dimensions, specifications, and quality standards.
- Provide detailed operational explanations to manufacturing teams to facilitate smooth production processes.
- Support the development of manufacturing and operations departments by introducing advanced tools and fabrication methods that reduce costs and enhance efficiency.
- Propose innovative and practical ideas and suggest new materials and tools to improve the final product.
- Communicate and coordinate effectively with the Technical/Design Head to propose suitable and effective solutions for challenges arising during production.
- Demonstrate strong task prioritization and time management skills.
