- Coordinate factory/production, design and finance to deliver client work to quality, cost and timeline
- Decide where to produce what across the market's factories; own capacity planning and utilization

Job Purpose
- Own the full P&L and general management of the market, leading the local team — including Commercial Directors — to deliver revenue, operational excellence and growth across production, agency/studio and activation services.
Key Responsibilities
- P&L & business ownership — full accountability for market revenue, gross margin, EBITDA and cash; deliver against annual budget and growth targets.
- Commercial oversight & revenue — Commercial Directors report into this role; ultimately accountable for keeping revenue on track. Own market level pipeline visibility and forecast accuracy, and step in to support the team on leads, key client meetings and closing deals when needed.
- People & general management — lead, coach and develop the local leadership team; own talent, performance and org health, plus day to day operations, finance coordination and governance for the market.
- Domain expertise — deep experience in POSM and retail production houses, and across agencies, studio, design, activation, events and exhibitions.
- Cross functional delivery — coordinate factory/production, design and finance to deliver client work to quality, cost and timeline.
- Production allocation & network optimization — decide where to produce what across the market's factories; own capacity planning and utilization, make vs buy (in house vs outsource) calls, and factory selection to optimize cost, quality, lead time and margin.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management or related field.
- 10+ years of leadership experience.
- Strong experience managing P&L and multi functional teams.
- Experience in manufacturing, retail production or branding industries is preferred.
