Green Stone Landscaping seeks an experienced Technical Engineer with a background in infrastructure, underground utilities, and infrastructure projects.
Responsibilities
- Prepare conceptual and developed landscape project designs.
- Use AutoCAD for project representation and client approval.
- Prepare infrastructure and underground utilities shop drawings.
- Manage a technical team of engineers, draftsmen, and site supervisors.
- Coordinate MEP, infrastructure, civil, and electrical disciplines.
- Provide technical guidance and resolve design and construction issues.
- Review submittals, shop drawings, and method statements for technical accuracy.
- Inspect work and materials; ensure workmanship meets standards.
- Address non-conformance reports and propose corrective actions.
- Act as the technical contact for clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Provide technical justifications and reports; attend meetings and present solutions.
Software
- Listed software: AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, Revit, Photoshop, SketchUp, Lumion, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Education and experience
- Requires a BS in Civil Engineering, MEP, or equivalent.
- Seeks an experienced engineer with relevant infrastructure and underground utilities project background.
Pay
- AED 8,000–12,000 per month.
