The HSE Engineer will develop, implement, and oversee HSE programs across the employer's landscaping projects.

HSE duties
- Develop and monitor HSE policies and procedures in line with local regulations and company standards.
- Conduct site inspections and audits; prepare risk assessments, JSAs, method statements, and safe work procedures.
- Monitor safe construction practices and investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions, including corrective and preventive actions.
- Deliver inductions, toolbox talks, safety meetings, and awareness programs; enforce PPE and site safety rules.
- Coordinate emergency plans, evacuation drills, first-aid arrangements, and PTW compliance for high-risk work.
- Liaise with project teams, subcontractors, and regulators; maintain HSE records and reports, including monthly performance reporting.
- Monitor environmental compliance and ensure safe lifting, excavation, work-at-height, and confined-space activities.
- Follow up on corrective actions and support project HSE objectives and continuous improvement.
Experience and systems
- Infrastructure background and a proven record managing large-scale infrastructure construction projects are required.
- Compliance with ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and other applicable safety management systems is noted where required.
Pay
- AED 6,000–8,000 per month.
