Role overview
Seeking an infrastructure and underground utilities draftsman for a project located in Ras Al Khaimah.
Responsibilities
- Interpret engineering specifications and convert them into accurate technical drawings.
- Develop detailed mechanical drawings and layouts based on design specifications and project requirements.
- Create and update 3D BIM models for MEP systems.
- Prepare 2D/3D, shop, fabrication, as-built, isometric, schematic, and coordination drawings and documentation.
- Revise drawings based on engineer or client feedback and collaborate with engineers to resolve design and documentation issues.
- Maintain organized drawing files and version control systems.
- Generate bills of materials and ensure drawings comply with industry standards and company guidelines.
Requirements
- At least three years of infrastructure background.
- Underground utilities experience.
- Work location is in person; the application asks whether candidates are available in Ras Al Khaimah.
Pay
- AED 5,000–6,000 per month.
