The role manages technical resources, coordinates stakeholders, and delivers project goals within schedule and budget.
Responsibilities
- Lead infrastructure and underground utilities projects from initiation to closure.
- Develop project scopes and objectives with relevant stakeholders and ensure technical feasibility.
- Create detailed project plans that identify and sequence the activities needed for successful completion.
- Manage project resources, including procurement and contract negotiations.
- Monitor project progress and handle issues that arise.
- Deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Manage relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Set project goals and objectives, develop plans, and coordinate team members and stakeholders.
- Manage project budgets and resources; track milestones, deliverables, and progress and provide regular stakeholder updates.
Qualifications
- Proven work experience as an Infrastructure Project Manager or in a similar role.
- Experience in project management from conception to delivery.
- Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance controls.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 20,000 to AED 25,000 per month.
