A Planning Engineer is sought for infrastructure and underground utilities projects in Ras Al Khaimah.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement project plans and schedules.
- Coordinate with project managers and team members to align objectives and strategies.
- Identify and manage risks and issues, proposing solutions as needed.
- Track project progress and adjust schedules as required.
- Estimate project costs and resources.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Provide technical support throughout project development and construction.
- Generate reports for senior management and stakeholders.
- Work with clients to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Collaborate with contractors and suppliers to negotiate costs and schedules.
- Design, plan, and execute infrastructure projects, including site analysis, schematic design, and construction documentation.
- Supervise construction and installation to meet schedule and budget.
Qualifications and skills
- Experience with planning software and strong project management skills, including large-scale projects.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant engineering field.
- 3–4 years of professional experience in MEP or civil project planning and engineering.
- Strong knowledge of infrastructure construction techniques and materials.
- Experience with budget management and financial forecasting.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, teamwork, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.
Pay
- Pay is AED 7,500–9,500 per month.
