Position Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate preparation and submission of shop drawings, technical submittals, and material approvals.
• Track and manage Requests for Information (RFIs) and consultant responses.
• Liaise with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and project teams regarding technical matters.
• Ensure construction activities are executed according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Monitor approval status of technical submissions and maintain submission logs.
• Coordinate authority-related documentation and approval requirements.
• Assist project teams in resolving technical issues and design clarifications.
• Maintain records of revisions, approvals, and technical correspondence.
• Support project planning and execution by ensuring timely availability of approved documentation.
• Participate in project meetings and prepare technical reports when required.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in technical coordination within construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, and technical documentation processes.
• Experience with consultant and authority submission procedures in the UAE.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and document management systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on infrastructure, industrial, or commercial construction projects.
• Familiarity with UAE authority approval procedures and project documentation standards.
