Position Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all on-site construction activities.
• Ensure project execution complies with approved drawings, specifications, and contract requirements.
• Monitor project progress against schedules and milestones.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Ensure adherence to quality control procedures and project standards.
• Implement and enforce Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE)

• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Review construction methodologies and site resource requirements.
• Conduct regular site meetings and progress reviews.
• Prepare and submit project progress reports to management.
• Resolve technical and operational issues affecting project delivery.
• Ensure timely completion of project deliverables within budget and quality objectives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of construction management experience.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, project planning, and execution.
• Experience managing subcontractors and multidisciplinary teams.
• Knowledge of UAE construction regulations and industry standards.
• Proficiency in project management and reporting tools.
