Position Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day construction activities on project sites.
• Coordinate and monitor work performed by site labor and subcontractors.
• Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Allocate manpower, equipment, and resources to achieve project objectives.
• Monitor work progress and report daily site activities to management.
• Ensure compliance with company quality standards and project specifications.
• Enforce Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies and safe work practices.
• Conduct site inspections and identify potential issues affecting productivity or quality.
• Coordinate material requirements with procurement and storekeeping teams.
• Assist in resolving technical and operational challenges on site.
• Verify completed work and ensure timely achievement of project milestones.
• Maintain site records, reports, and daily progress documentation.

Required Qualifications

• A diploma or bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in construction site supervision.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, site operations, and workforce management.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and site teams.
• Good communication and reporting skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience on infrastructure, utility, industrial, or commercial construction projects.
• Familiarity with UAE construction regulations and industry standards.
• A UAE driving license is an advantage.
