Position Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials, tools, and equipment.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock registers.
• Issue materials to project teams and departments according to approved requests.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment requirements with procurement teams.
• Conduct periodic stock counts and inventory audits.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and preservation of materials.
• Maintain records of material movements, receipts, transfers, and returns.
• Prepare inventory reports and stock status updates for management.
• Coordinate with procurement, project, and logistics teams regarding material requirements.
• Identify slow-moving, damaged, or obsolete inventory and report accordingly.
• Ensure warehouse safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company procedures.
• Support asset tracking and inventory control initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a storekeeper, warehouse coordinator, or inventory controller.
• Experience in construction, engineering, industrial, or project-based environments preferred.
• Knowledge of inventory management practices and warehouse operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing construction materials, tools, and equipment.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and inventory control software.
• A UAE driving license is an advantage.
