Role overview

Project coordination duties

• Coordinate technical requirements for glass partitions, glass doors, and glazing projects; build understanding of framed and frameless doors, partitions, shower enclosures, sliding systems, and accessories.
• Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and project requirements; help prepare shop drawings, material submittals, samples, and product data sheets.
• Coordinate with project engineers, consultants, contractors, suppliers, procurement, site teams, and installers.
• Review site conditions and assist with measurements before production and installation; monitor material delivery, handling, storage, and installation requirements.
• Maintain drawings, approvals, revisions, delivery records, and technical correspondence; coordinate variations and additional requirements.
• Check materials against approved specifications, resolve technical issues and site discrepancies, and support project quality and deadlines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and 1–2 years of experience in glass, glazing, fit-out, construction, or a related technical field.
• Knowledge of glass partitions, doors, glazing systems, hardware, accessories, construction, and interior fit-out projects.
• Knowledge of project coordination, technical documentation, BOQs, material specifications, submittals, and project documentation.
• Ability to read and understand AutoCAD, architectural, and shop drawings; understanding of site measurements and installation requirements.
• Strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple requirements and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office; AutoCAD knowledge is preferred. UAE experience is preferred, and a UAE driving licence is an advantage.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.

Compensation and benefits

• Salary is AED 3,000–3,500 per month, based on experience and qualifications.
• The employer lists an employment visa, medical insurance, annual leave, and other benefits in accordance with UAE Labour Law.
