My Door Glass LLC seeks a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee glass installation and related site activities.
The role calls for practical experience in glass works and site supervision, with strong communication and coordination skills.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily glass installation and site activities; coordinate with installation teams, project engineers, contractors, and other site personnel.
- Ensure glass partitions, doors, glazing, and related work follow approved drawings and specifications; monitor site measurements and work execution.
- Coordinate material requirements with project and warehouse teams; check material and installation quality and ensure proper handling, storage, and installation.
- Monitor daily site progress and report updates to the Project Manager; identify and report site issues, discrepancies, and technical requirements.
- Ensure workers follow site safety procedures and company requirements; maintain daily site records and assist with project documentation.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and other site teams when required; ensure work meets the planned schedule and quality standards.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Practical experience in glass works, glazing, glass partitions, or glass doors; previous site supervision experience is preferred.
- Good understanding of construction and interior fit-out site activities; ability to read basic drawings and measurements.
- Strong coordination and problem-solving skills; good communication skills are mandatory.
- Basic to good English and Hindi communication skills are required.
Compensation
- Salary is AED 2,500–3,000 per month.

- Work location is in person; the posting lists the location as UAE.
