Responsibilities
- Develop opportunities in construction, glass, and interior fit-out sectors; identify and approach contractors, consultants, architects, designers, developers, and project companies.
- Promote glass partitions, doors, windows, window films, fit-out work, commercial glass solutions, and related construction products.
- Visit clients and project sites, attend project meetings, and identify current and upcoming projects for business development.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and enquiries; maintain client follow-up through project closure.
- Coordinate confirmed work with estimation, purchasing, production, and project teams.
- Build client relationships and meet monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and new UAE project opportunities.
Requirements
- One to three years of business development or sales experience.
- Construction, glass, interior fit-out, or related industry experience is preferred.
- UAE construction market knowledge and a contractor/client network are an advantage.
- Good written and spoken English and Hindi; strong client-handling, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Comfort with field sales and site visits; willingness to travel for client and project meetings.
- Valid UAE driving license is mandatory; UAE-based candidates are preferred.
- Target-oriented and proactive.
Preferred industry experience
- Glass and aluminium, interior fit-out, glass partitions and doors, windows and window films, or construction experience.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 3,500 to AED 4,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person; the role involves client visits, project-site visits, and travel.
