Business development and sales
- Develop opportunities in construction, glass, and interior fit-out sectors and approach contractors, consultants, architects, designers, developers, and project companies.
- Promote glass partitions, doors, windows, window films, interior fit-out work, and office and commercial glass solutions.
- Identify upcoming and active projects, conduct client and site visits, and generate enquiries through project meetings.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and enquiries; maintain client contact from enquiry to project closure.
- Coordinate confirmed projects with estimation, purchasing, production, and project teams.
- Build client relationships, meet monthly and yearly sales targets, and monitor market trends, competitors, and new projects.
Requirements
- Requires 1–3 years of business development or sales experience.
- Construction, glass, interior fit-out, or related industry experience is preferred; UAE construction market knowledge and an existing contractor/client network are advantages.
- Requires good written and spoken English and Hindi, strong client-handling, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Requires a proactive, target-oriented approach and comfort with field sales, client meetings, and site visits.
- A valid UAE driving license is mandatory; travel for client meetings and project/site visits is required.
Workplace and travel
- Work location is in person.
- The role involves client and project-site visits and willingness to travel; the posting states 75% travel.
