Provide supervisory oversight in assigned areas of the Abu Dhabi Airport operation.
Support and execute daily operations while delivering a superior guest experience and maintaining high safety standards.
Work independently or lead a small team to meet performance and safety KPIs.
Job accountabilities
- Plan, update, and supervise service activities for Etihad and other airlines in accordance with SLAs and quality standards.
- Promote employee engagement and a high-performance culture through role modelling, empowerment, communication, quality, productivity, and goal attainment.
- Ensure SOPs are followed by self and team members for safe and secure operations.
- Deliver team briefings, encourage clear communication and collaboration, and complete relevant reports.
- Complete task-related documentation accurately.
- Work proactively to connect guests with their bags.
- Follow safety procedures and report safety, security, service occurrences, errors, hazards, and near misses through established procedures.
Education and experience
- Secondary or high school-level education.
- At least three years of experience in the relevant area.
- Valid UAE driving license required for airside roles only.
