Identify, attract, and hire talent supporting organizational growth in data centers, critical infrastructure, utilities, and technology.
Use recruiting experience and industry knowledge to develop talent acquisition strategies and ensure a seamless recruitment process.
Responsibilities
- Source candidates through online channels, networking, referrals, industry platforms, and job boards including LinkedIn and Naukri.
- Track industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies and share insights with hiring managers.
- Build and maintain pipelines of active and passive candidates for specialized roles.
- Handle full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and offer management.
Experience and qualifications
- At least 4 years of talent acquisition or recruitment experience focused on data centers, critical infrastructure, utilities, and technology.
- Demonstrated success hiring for specialized roles such as data center operations, critical infrastructure management, utilities engineering, and technology development.
- Strong understanding of relevant sector skills, certifications, and qualifications.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field; an advanced degree such as a master’s or MBA is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
