Role Overview
The HR Manager will manage generalist HR activities in KSA for a new business unit.
The role covers recruitment support, onboarding, employee relations, payroll coordination, performance management, development, offboarding, and local compliance.
HR Responsibilities
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Support recruitment, workforce planning, and mobilization of new employees.
- Coordinate payroll inputs with Finance and the payroll department.
- Address employee queries, grievances, and workplace issues.
- Support employee engagement, retention, learning, and development initiatives.
- Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
- Support performance management, promotions, transfers, and disciplinary processes.
Immigration and Government Relations
- Manage work visas, business visas, Iqama issuance and renewals, transfers, exit and re-entry visas, and government coordination.
- Prepare, issue, renew, amend, and document employment contracts through Qiwa.
- Coordinate with Government Relations on Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, Muqeem, Iqama, visas, and work permits.
- Manage medical insurance enrollment and employee benefits administration.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional HR certification such as CIPD, SHRM, or PHRi is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi Labour Law and KSA employment regulations.
- Good command of English and Arabic is preferred.
- At least seven years of relevant HR experience.
- At least three years in an HR Manager or similar supervisory role.
- Experience in a fast-growing and rapidly scaling organization is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with onboarding, offboarding, payroll coordination, employee relations, and HR operations.
- Experience using Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, and Muqeem.
