Talent Acquisition Specialist
About This Role
Lyka Realty is expanding, and we are excited to invite dynamic, motivated, and experienced professionals to join our growing team in the UAE. We are looking for a results driven Talent Acquisition Specialist who can identify, attract, and hire high performing real estate sales agents.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and hire top performing real estate sales agents.
- Develop effective recruitment strategies for commission based rolesBuild strong pipelines of active and passive candidates
- Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates based on sales potential & knowledge
- Meet recruitment targets within defined timelines while maintaining quality of hires.
- Collaborate with management to align hiring with business goals
What We are Looking For
- Proven experience in real estate recruitment or sales hiring in UAE
- Strong network or sourcing ability for real estate agents in Dubai
- Ability to identify high closer profiles, not just volume hiring
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Target driven mindset with a focus on quality hires
- Real Estate Experience Preferred
