Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist & PRO Manager

About This Role

Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR professional to lead talent acquisition strategies while ensuring smooth execution of PRO and compliance-related activities in line with UAE regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and medical processes
• Coordinate payroll, leave management, and maintain accurate employee records
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, WPS, and company policies
• Handle all PRO-related activities such as visa processing, labor cards, Emirates ID, and approvals from government authorities (MOHRE, Immigration, Tasheel, Amer, Trustee, Land Department)
• Oversee employment contracts and the full employee lifecycle
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline while enhancing employer branding
• Maintain and update HR systems, employee documentation, and records
• Support management in developing HR strategies and fostering a positive workplace culture

Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in HR management or HR & PRO-related roles
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and government procedures
• Excellent communication, decision-making, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
• Multilingual ability is a plus (Arabic is a strong advantage)
