We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR professional to lead talent acquisition strategies while ensuring smooth execution of PRO and compliance-related activities in line with UAE regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and medical processes
- Coordinate payroll, leave management, and maintain accurate employee records
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, WPS, and company policies
- Handle all PRO-related activities such as visa processing, labor cards, Emirates ID, and approvals from government authorities (MOHRE, Immigration, Tasheel, Amer, Trustee, Land Department)
- Oversee employment contracts and the full employee lifecycle
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline while enhancing employer branding
- Maintain and update HR systems, employee documentation, and records
- Support management in developing HR strategies and fostering a positive workplace culture
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in HR management or HR & PRO-related roles
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and government procedures
- Excellent communication, decision-making, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
- Multilingual ability is a plus (Arabic is a strong advantage)
