About This Role

Elchai is looking for a motivated Global Talent Acquisition & Strategic Partnerships Intern (Unpaid) to support recruitment, outreach, and partnership development across global markets, including the GCC, Europe, MENA, Asia, Africa, and other international regions.

This role focuses on helping Elchai attract new talent and build strategic relationships with companies, universities, training centers, student organizations, incubators, accelerators, professional communities, recruitment networks, and other relevant institutions.

This is not only a university partnership role. The intern will support overall partnership-based growth by helping Elchai build a strong global network of talent, partners, organizations, and business contacts.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Source and identify potential interns, junior talent, and early-career candidates across global markets.
  • Support recruitment campaigns for different roles and regions.
  • Post internship and job opportunities on LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, community platforms, and relevant regional platforms.
  • Review applications and support initial candidate screening.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communication.
  • Maintain candidate trackers, recruitment pipelines, and hiring databases.
  • Support LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, and platform-based outreach.
  • Help prepare recruitment messages, job descriptions, and candidate communication templates.

Strategic Partnership Development

  • Identify potential partners globally, including companies, universities, business schools, training centers, incubators, accelerators, NGOs, professional communities, recruitment networks, and talent platforms.
  • Conduct professional outreach to potential partners.
  • Support partnership conversations, follow-ups, meeting coordination, and relationship tracking.
  • Build and maintain a structured partner database by region, industry, and relevance.
  • Help develop collaboration opportunities such as internship programs, referral channels, events, workshops, talent pipelines, and community partnerships.
  • Support Elchai in building relationships that can create long-term recruitment, business, and growth opportunities.

Global Outreach & Business Expansion

  • Research global talent markets, recruitment channels, and partnership opportunities.
  • Identify new communities, organizations, and platforms that can support Elchai’s growth.
  • Track outreach progress, candidate responses, and partnership leads.
  • Prepare simple reports on recruitment performance, partner opportunities, and market insights.
  • Support international expansion activities by helping Elchai connect with relevant people, companies, institutions, and organizations worldwide.

Relationship Management

  • Communicate professionally with candidates, partners, institutions, organizations, and external contacts.
  • Follow up regularly with candidates and potential partners.
  • Help organize introductions, meetings, and collaboration discussions.
  • Represent Elchai professionally in written communication.
  • Support long-term relationship building with strategic partners.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and interested in recruitment, partnerships, and international business growth.

The candidate should have:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Interest in recruitment, HR, business development, partnerships, or international expansion.
  • Confidence in conducting outreach through LinkedIn, email, and other professional platforms.
  • Strong research and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple candidates, leads, conversations, and follow-ups.
  • Professional communication style.
  • Interest in working across global markets, especially GCC, Europe, and MENA.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, Indeed, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or CRM tools is a plus.
  • Arabic, European languages, or other additional languages are a plus.

Requirements

  • Current student, recent graduate, or early-career professional.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable with recruitment outreach and partnership communication.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Interested in global recruitment, partnerships, and business development.
  • Basic understanding of LinkedIn and online recruitment platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in recruitment, HR, sales, business development, partnerships, marketing, or community work.
  • Experience using LinkedIn for outreach or candidate sourcing.
  • Knowledge of GCC, European, or international markets.
  • Experience working with companies, universities, communities, NGOs, or professional networks.
  • Multilingual ability is a plus.
