Role Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist for a full-time, on-site role at our Dubai, United Arab Emirates office. In this role, you will oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and securing top talent. Your responsibilities will include creating and executing talent acquisition, coordinating job postings, conducting interviews, and partnering with hiring managers to fulfill staffing needs efficiently.
Qualifications
Minimum 1+ year in Real Estate
Strong market connections & active network
Ability to identify, approach & secure top-tier talent
Fast, sharp, and results-driven mindset
