We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist

to support the growth of our

permanent recruitment and executive search practice

across the Middle East.

This role is a

key internal position

, acting as a central pillar of our recruitment function, working closely with

business development, management, and leadership

to drive hiring success, grow verticals, and build high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for permanent and executive roles
  • Partner with management and business development teams
  • Build and manage talent pipelines across multiple industries
  • Conduct interviews and ensure high-quality hiring delivery

Profile

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in a recruitment agency environment (permanent recruitment / outsourcing).
  • Experience recruiting across different industries in the Middle East
  • Willingness to be
  • based full-time in Abu Dhabi
  • **Arabic Speaker**
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Management, or related field
