Key Requirements

• The ideal candidate should possess:
• Extensive functional expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Strong experience in Finance Modules, Financial Management, and Project Accounting
• Deep understanding of UAE/GCC Payroll, WPS, UAE Labour Law, VAT, and compliance requirements
• Experience working in environments where Dynamics 365 CRM and Dynamics 365 Business Central are tightly integrated
• Strong understanding of commercial-to-finance business processes, including:
• Customer Contracts
• Service Agreements
• Frame Agreements
• Recurring Billing
• Invoicing
• Revenue Recognition
• Financial Execution

CRM – Business Central Integration Experience (Mandatory)

• Candidates must have experience in environments where:
• Dynamics 365 CRM acts as the commercial system of record
• Dynamics 365 Business Central acts as the financial system of record
• Customer contracts, service agreements, and commercial data originate in CRM and drive financial processes within Business Central
• End-to-end business processes span CRM and Business Central through integrated workflows
• Data synchronization, governance, validation controls, and integration management are critical business requirements
• Experience with Dataverse, APIs, Power Automate, Azure Integration Services, or similar Microsoft integration technologies is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional advisory and governance support for Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Review and validate solution designs, configurations, and business processes
• Advise on Finance, Projects, Payroll, VAT, and compliance-related processes
• Support CRM–Business Central integration design and business process alignment
• Identify risks, process gaps, and optimization opportunities
• Engage with senior business stakeholders and provide strategic recommendations

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft Dynamics certifications
• Experience delivering ERP projects within the GCC region
• Exposure to multi-country payroll environments
• Experience within services, construction, trading, or related industries

• Role can be engaged on
• remote, hybrid, part-time, or contract basis
• Onsite presence for approximately 2–3 weeks during the initial phase of the project is mandatory.
• An additional onsite visit may be required towards project completion.
