Role overview
Join ADCB's Group Business Service team supporting banking applications and CRM systems.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze and resolve application issues, troubleshoot, perform IT checks, implement patches, and guide end users.
- Handle L2 CRM support tickets, resolve issues, and escalate complex cases.
- Coordinate testing of fixes before delivering solutions to business users.
- Prepare software release packages and coordinate releases across relevant systems and environments.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Engineering, or a related field.
- Up to 2 years of quantitative, analytical, or technology-related experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- CRM experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Bullhorn, or similar platforms is preferred.
- Familiarity with Claude or other AI tools/platforms and a technical certification track record are advantageous.
Knowledge and skills
- System analysis, technical documentation, software development, testing, and support.
- Incident, change, and configuration management; infrastructure and information security.
- Banking operations and stakeholder collaboration.
