Works closely with the Senior Manager – Sustainability to integrate sustainability principles into company operations.
Supports data management, compliance, reporting, and employee engagement initiatives across all markets.
Strategy and sustainability data
- Coordinate sustainability initiatives across markets, including carbon reduction, energy efficiency, waste management, and operational sustainability projects.
- Collect, consolidate, and validate sustainability data from all markets and maintain tracking tools and dashboards.
- Work with external consulting partners and provide technical sustainability expertise to support ESG reporting activities.
Engagement and benchmarking
- Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, NGOs, and external partners to facilitate initiatives and follow up on action plans.
- Help organize sustainability campaigns, trainings, workshops, and employee engagement activities.
- Benchmark the company's sustainability practices against industry peers and best practices.
Required qualifications and knowledge
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
- Familiarity with sustainability reporting frameworks: GRI, GHG Protocol, CDP, and SDGs.
- Understanding of Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions and carbon accounting basics.
- Microsoft Office knowledge.
Preferred qualifications
- Sustainability certification such as IEMA, GRI Basics, or CDP Foundations is a plus.
- Prior relevant exposure through full-time, part-time, or internship experience is an advantage.
- Experience in FMCG, supply chain, or logistics is a plus.
