Financial Reporting Transformation Lead

The lead will own a 12–18-month transformation and report to the Group Finance Controller, working closely with the Group CFO and Finance Controller.

Transmed Group is rebuilding how its 100+ entity group plans, consolidates, and reports.
The lead will own a 12–18-month transformation and report to the Group Finance Controller, working closely with the Group CFO and Finance Controller.
The program spans 29+ operating companies and 13 holding companies.
Transformation ownership
- Implement the Group consolidation, budgeting, and reporting platform from design through go-live.
- Redesign the unified Group chart of accounts and its data governance model.
- Lead IFRS 18 adoption, including presentation, management performance measures, and disclosure changes.
- Govern the implementation partner through scoping, challenge, and delivery oversight.
- Oversee holding company accounting, Group audit support, and tax governance.
- Manage change across Group entities.
Experience and expertise
- At least 10 years in finance, including at least six years in financial audit or advisory; Big Four experience is preferred.
- Technical depth in accounting, chart of accounts structure, consolidation, and FP&A.
- Hands-on IFRS reporting expertise and working command of IFRS 18 and its presentation and disclosure changes.
- Experience in multi-entity, multi-country finance environments.
- Statutory reporting and external audit coordination experience; comfort with tax reporting and governance.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end finance operating models and PMO or program leadership experience.
Helpful experience
- Prior exposure to finance transformation, EPM, or system implementation programs is helpful but not mandatory.
- Data governance framework design is helpful but not mandatory.
Working approach
The role calls for credible engagement with executives and consultants, constructive challenge of implementation designs, and workshops that reach decisions.
The successful candidate is expected to work independently and bring solutions.
Contract duration
